In the modern times , the societal understanding of a gender as superficially based on the biological denominations. Thus, womanhood has been limitedly understood by not just men but also women. Major Nithi CJ, is an Army veteran, a yoga instructor and founder of Nira. In this talk she demystifies the understanding of femininity from yogic parlance and how this understanding is important in today’s era. She will bust many myths that have long discouraged women to explore yogic practices bringing out its true significance to build a gender inclusive world.
