  • 17 March 23 - The Feminine Energy ( Myths & Truths) , 8:30 PM-9:15 PM IST. Yogic scriptures talk of the feminine energy as Shakti and the masculine energy as Shiva. In the modern times , the societal understanding of a gender as superficially based on the biological denominations. Thus, womanhood has been limitedly understood by not just men but also women. Major Nithi CJ, is an Army veteran, a yoga instructor and founder of Nira. In this talk she demystifies the understanding of femininity from yogic parlance and how this understanding is important in today’s era. She will bust many myths that have long discouraged women to explore yogic practices bringing out its true significance to build a gender inclusive world.


  • 18 March 23- 19 March 23 - Yogic Practices for Women , 7:30 AM-9:00 AM. Yogic practises are not discriminated on the basis of gender or biological sex. However, the biological constitution of a male and a female demands different emphasis to support the body functioning. Once this is addressed , it’s easier to focus on the mind and synchronise it with the body. Jalpa Bhatt , an experienced IT professional to now a Yoga Instructor and Yogic Lifestyle Coach with Nira. She will be sharing exclusive practices in Yogasanas, Pranayama and Meditation to help women bring harmony with their own selves and build a higher level of consciousness.


  • 18 March 23- Ayurveda for Women Well-being, 8:30 PM- Healthy well-being is not just an output of good physical and mental exercises but also are significantly dependent on good diet , nutrition and daily routines. When it comes to Yogic Lifestyle , Ayurveda has been in significant element in the yogic ecosystem. Dr Ammu Basil, an expert Ayurveda and Women’s Health, will reveal various methods and techniques to focus on sustainable well-being and not limit to wellness. She will be sharing various Ayurvedic rituals to help you easily incorporate Ayurveda in yogic lifestyle.
